1. Payment

You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for the chosen plan through direct debit or card payment or online net banking, after each month. An active payment method should be maintained throughout the duration of receiving tutoring service from Wisefox.


2. Missing a Lesson / Student absent

It is your responsibility to make sure that the student attends the classes and be logged into www.wisefox.app and available on time as per the agreed schedule. If the student misses a class and doesn't show up, the class will be counted as given because the tutor has taken the time to prepare for the class and was available online.


3. Short Notice Re-arrangement

You are allowed to rearrange classes at a short notice (more than 3 hours) for up to 5 times in a year by discussing with your tutor. Any more than 5 re-arrangements will be counted as missed lessons and the above clause 3 will be applicable in such cases.


4. Holiday Class Rearrangement Policy

You can rearrange classes if you are going on holiday by giving us a minimum of 30 days notice. We will plan to accommodate the missed classes by giving extra lessons spread through other months, however, we cannot guarantee the same tutor to compensate for such classes.


5. Technical Problems

If there is a technical issue with our Learning Management System (LMS) and classes are missed due to such problems, we will compensate for the lost class by giving another lesson within the same week or in the following weeks.


6.Changing your Tutor

If you wish to change the tutor, you may contact the Course Advisor through [email protected] by indicating 'Request for changing my tutor' as the subject line of the email and giving reasons for such a change.


7. Changing Subjects

If you wish to change the subject or add another subject, you may contact the Course Advisor by indicating 'Request for changing/adding a subject' in the subject line of the email.


8. Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern, you may contact the admin by indicating 'Complaints' in the subject line and giving enough information for us to investigate and take appropriate actions regarding the complaint.


9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the subscription anytime by giving a minimum of 28 days (4 weeks) notice. If you fail to take the lessons during the cancellation period, no refund shall be given for the missed classes.


10. Data Protection & Privacy Policy

Wisefox hereby confirms our commitment to protect and safeguard your confidential information including the recorded lessons of your child/ children. Wisefox, its staff and anyone who may be contracted to work with us in future are bound by strict compliance to GDPR regulations and the data protection Act in safeguarding your information.
